Every person holds a story worth sharing, shaped by courage, resilience, and the quiet hope that guides us forward. Within every story lives the potential for healing, insight, and connection — a reminder that no one has to walk their path alone.

An integrative approach combining intuitive insight, behavioral pattern recognition, subconscious exploration, and emotional development
Transformation begins with understanding. Through one-on-one intuitive counseling, I help individuals develop perceptual clarity and emotional sovereignty—the ability to see themselves, their relationships, and their lives with greater accuracy, while responding from self-trust rather than fear.
My work was shaped long before it became a profession. Years spent navigating trauma, addiction, dysfunctional relationship dynamics, and significant life adversity required me to deeply study the patterns that drive human behavior. What began as a search for healing evolved into a lifelong education in psychology, emotional development, behavioral patterns, and the subconscious mind—an education earned through lived experience as much as study.
Together, we explore the subconscious beliefs, emotional conditioning, and behavioral patterns that quietly shape your decisions, relationships, and sense of self. As these patterns become conscious, perception begins to shift. You move beyond reacting to isolated circumstances and begin seeing the larger systems at work—understanding not only what is happening, but why. This broader perspective creates the clarity needed to make intentional choices aligned with who you truly are.
Emotional sovereignty is the capacity to remain anchored in your own worth rather than being governed by fear, control, external validation, or unconscious survival strategies. Our work focuses on identifying and releasing the self-limiting beliefs, emotional wounds, and patterns of self-abandonment that keep you disconnected from yourself. As those barriers dissolve, they are replaced with greater self-trust, inner peace, resilience, and the confidence to create a life that reflects your values instead of your fears.
This work is not about fixing who you are. It is about uncovering the clarity, wisdom, and strength that have been there all along.
About Me
I'm Megan Kathleen, founder of My Story Wellness Collective.
Before this work became my purpose, it was my own path to healing.
Like many people, I spent years living a life shaped more by survival than authenticity. My own experiences with profound personal adversity became the catalyst for a lifelong pursuit to understand human behavior, emotional health, and the subconscious patterns that shape our lives. What began as a search to heal myself and transform, evolved into a deeper calling to understand why we think, feel, and behave the way we do—and how lasting change becomes possible.
Through that journey, I discovered two principles that continue to guide my work: perceptual clarity and emotional sovereignty.
I believe that our experiences shape us, but they do not have to define us. Behaviors describe our actions, but do not define us as individuals. As we begin to understand the subconscious beliefs, emotional conditioning, and behavioral patterns influencing our lives, we gain the clarity to see ourselves more truthfully and the freedom to respond from self-worth rather than fear.
My role is not to tell you who you should become. It is to help you better understand who you already are beneath the conditioning, survival patterns, and self-limiting beliefs that have obscured your authentic self. And if I’m doing my job right, you will be able to gain the tools needed to continue the work without an intermediary.
Because when we understand ourselves more clearly, meaningful transformation becomes possible.
